PY2018 State of West Virginia Annual Action Plan – Amendment #1:
The West Virginia Department of Economic Development (WVDED) is receiving comments concerning a proposed substantial amendment to the FY2018 Annual Action Plan (AAP) for funding provided to the State by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
DESCRIPTION OF AAP SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT #1:
As the cost of construction materials and supplies remain elevated, the WVDED proposes to increase the grant award limits of CDBG Infrastructure: Water and Wastewater projects from $1,500,000 to $3,000,000. As this action modifies the CDBG Method of Distribution (section AP-30 of the AAP), it is considered a substantial amendment and requires a public comment period of no less than 30 days.
